Mark saved my day!! My HVAC went down suddenly, and I started looking for experts to come over to fix the issue on the same day, which wasn't possible. However, Walker Heating made it possible, and they understood my situation because of the kids. They sent the best of the best and most well-experienced technicians to get the job done. Even though I was out, Mark called me, saying to take my time and not rush. He waited for me for about 15 minutes. So professional and friendly- wow. He explained well and showed me what went wrong. He immediately fixed it and checked other fuses to ensure nothing else was the problem. If you are looking for experts, call Walker heating and thank me later!! There are no six or ten stars; otherwise, Mark is worth more than five stars!

My experience was absolutely amazing from the time I called on the phone to make an initial appointment for a heating repair, to the seamless repair they made. The employees were extremely professional, patient with answering all my questions, and informative. They helped me make a confident decision to replace my entire furnace, which was a easy scheduling, smooth payment process and quick installation. I would recommend this company to every single person I know in the area, super happy with my experience! Choose Walker, you will not regret it at all!

Mark and his team did such a great job! They were efficient,very clean, professional and highly knowledgeable. Mark took the time to explain every step of the process including how to use the new thermostat. I have total confidence in their work. A big thank you to Mark and this company!

The installation team was extremely courteous and professional. The entire process working with Mark, Kevin and Josea made our decision to use Walker heating and air conditioning a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this very professional company for an installation to anyone. They left my home as clean as when they arrived. Very pleased with the entire team and install.

I called this company primarily because they’re small business with 5 star reviews. They don’t disappoint. Service by Kevin (the owner) was timely, exceptional and went beyond what was expected. My AC unit called for a very specific motor and he went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and pick up and install the exact motor that was needed. The other option was to order it and come back once it arrived. I now have cool air (in 91 degree weather). In addition he gave me the best options for saving money. He will come back in 6 months to provide no cost maintenance under the Family Plan. Very satisfied customer. Use them. They are honest and reliable and a great value!
